Anyone received their new tailgate cables?

Nope, didn't bother too. I'm not too worried because it's written on my reciept that when the recall goes into effect that I get re-imbursed for the ones that I bought plus get the new updated set.

No they have not made them yet. The dealership should put a new pair on at no charge{ we are anyway} When the new tailgate straps are made and at your dealer they will replace the current straps you have.
