WHAT KIND OF 1/4 MILE TIMES DO THEY RUN?

 

I heard they are not too fast, like the Titan as well...and the mighty HEMI (He Enjoys Male Insertion)...j/k. I can see them all running 15's but I hear the Titan is running more like 16's. I guess we will have to wait until they take them to the track. The thing about the ford trucks it seems like, is how they dont have a very good performance aftermarket unlike the LS1 trucks or their SVT Lightning.

 

I raced one on the freeway ... He was on a test drive , I hope me whipping him like that sent him over to the Chevy lot ....

 

I don't recall in what magazine I saw their 1/4 ml time was low 16's.

 

They added 40 hp but they also added 400 lbs to the new trucks. The two will offset each other, performance should be the same as the previous model. Good torque, no top end.

over the years ford has provin to me only that torque meens nothing.. that 5.4 was such a piece a ****. just hated my expedition, hated it

 

the new truckin and sport truck have the times in it i believe. they did the truck of the year thing and they had all the major players in it. except the silverado or sierra. they used the canyon or something

 

OMG that funny.

 

Four wheeler magazine tested it and did 0-60 in 11.1sec and the 1/4mile in 18.1 at 79MPH.I run 74MPH through the 1/8mile and the ford does 79 in the 1/4.That freakin sucks.But what else is expected out of the ford product except that they are a piece of ****. ford CHEVY

 

i ran into one of the new f-bombs the other day on the highway...we were both doing about 80mph...but i had to get ahead of the guy becuase the highway was y-ing and i needed to go the way he was going...so i added a little throttle and started to pass him...so he added a little bit of throttle to catch up...so i punched it and went flying past...got up to about 105 or so and moved over...he caught up as i slowed down and gave me a thumbsup...
