freakin A... i can't stand watching the news anymore. that is all you hear about. i don't give a **** what these couples do. just don't keep putting it on the news every night and bother me with it.

 

It is getting really old. But the dam news people will do it to death just like they do everything else! Talk about it for a year or till the topic dies out. Theyll find something new and worthless to talk about sometime.

 

I was so glad that they stopped talking about Janet's tit, but this topic isn't any better. What happened to the good old days of nothing but killings being talked about in the news?

 

YES, the government can dictate behavior through law. By being pro marriage (between a man and woman) we are doing something that is positive for the econ. We will have more Americans and more people spending money. Non-Hetrosexual marriage will only waste resources.

Well, I live in the SF bay area, so it's on our news local news almost daily. I really don't care who does what! It use to be illegal for a black and white to marry. It use to be illegal to be gay period. Now they're trying to make same sex marriage illegal? Come on! I'm not a free spirited liberal but I'm not homophobic either. Let them do what makes them happy, love is love. I've seen plenty of men and women who shouldn't marry for various reasons but no body cares about them. I'm willing to bet that same sex marriages have a lower divorce rate! My wife and I have friends, some are white, some black, some gay and some are lesbians, I really don't care. They're our friends! Keep the government out of our bedrooms. There, I'm now off of my soap box.

I'm completely intolerant! Tolerance was a term invented by the intolerant left to attack anyone that doesn't fall in with their line of thinking. I think same sex marriages are evil and an abomination to God . He wiped two cities off the face of the map for this. The same ole' argument keeps coming up time and time again. If they claim that what they do in they bedroom is not anybody's business then they should stop making such an issue out of it and stop pushing a deviant lifestyle on the rest of society, but that just isn't the case. I also have a problem with a group that has to identify itself in the way that they do. I don't have to accept their perverted lifestyle, and they should be more tolerant to those that don't agree with them. You have to have a core set of values in order to function from. I have no business tolerating evil, getting along with it, or compromising with it.
