I used to study criminal justice and last i checked this falls into two categories: theft and fraud. I believe due to the amount it can be up to 1 or 2 years in prison and up to a $4k fine. The texas penal code is on the net if you need to find out for sure. Hope this works out for you.

So check this out, turns out the motor that he was trying to sell me was actually broken 4.8, not a 5.3 like he said because he bought a replacement motor from BigTex. Dude, my dad it taking a trip down to Texas next week and it's taking every bit of self control I have to not go down with him.
