if it is who I think it is he is trying to sell me a set of heads, was the motor a 4.8? If so was he selling you the heads as well, if so then I think he took your money and ran.

I used to study criminal justice and last i checked this falls into two categories: theft and fraud. I believe due to the amount it can be up to 1 or 2 years in prison and up to a $4k fine. The texas penal code is on the net if you need to find out for sure. Hope this works out for you.

where is he located my whole family is in law enforcement and we can take care of this for you. It's not worth you going to jail over. PM me with some of his info and we can take care of him.

So check this out, turns out the motor that he was trying to sell me was actually broken 4.8, not a 5.3 like he said because he bought a replacement motor from BigTex. Dude, my dad it taking a trip down to Texas next week and it's taking every bit of self control I have to not go down with him.
