Has anyone heard/seen any news about new GM trucks coming out? Any guesses as to when this might occurr? any renderings?

i don't have any news but i wonder if they would ever produce that cheyene concept truck from a few years ago. I am sure most people will say it was ugly and horrid but i liked it. i believe they had a 500hp motor in there too

Throw In a Supercharged V-8 Engine
A supercharged all-alloy 6.0-liter Vortec engine, generating 500 horsepower and 580 lbs.-ft. of torque. This V-8 engine is used with GM Powertrain's Displacement on Demand (DOD) technology, debuting on some 2005 GM models. DOD shuts down half of the cylinders during most driving conditions, and automatically and seamlessly reactivates them for more demanding tasks, such load hauling

I saw that truck at the San Diego Auto Show last year.
Looked pretty good in person, but they had it roped off.

You know what...I bet that is it. It has the newer GM style and definitely the Caddy flare to it also with those headlights.

I don't know if that is going to be the new truck, but I like it!

from a guy on GMinsidenews website:
"Just so you guys are aware the gmt900 utility will launch in 2006 as a 2007 model.
The pickup will launch in 2007 as a 2008 model. Thats 100% accurate."

I know most people don't know what they are talking about when it comes to this stuff (trust me -LS7 hehe) but I bet it is fair to say that statement.
It really seems like no one cares about the trucks really. When it comes to the 'Vette it is wildfire though
