I just ordered some 265/60VR-17 Kumho ECSTA STX tires from tirerack.com;
anyone have any experiences with these tires? they carry some nice ratings on tirerack's website. I got the 265/60 because they're about 29.5" tall vs the 31.5" tall michelins that are on the truck now. Got them for $94.00 each

 

Seems like they would be good tires, but I haven't heard any reviews on them. My mom has some Kumho Ecsta MX (I think) on her stang and they seem to be good tires. I did notice a slight increase in noise from them, but nothing unbearable. They grip good and look to have decent treadwear.

 

Those tires are good, i saw in a magazine where they used it in a silverado for autocross.
