About to cam my lq9 before swap, need advice.

Picked up a 45k lq9 out of a 06 escalade, engine looks fresh, cranked over fine before we pulled it.
ill be swapping it into my 99 sierra.
So far I have purchased for it:
EPS 222/226 cam .597''/.605'' 115 lsa +3 advance, Pat G Spec'd
8.1 marine injectors, cleaned and serviced by FIC
LPP 1'' 3/4 headers with ORY
3'' Magnaflow cat back.
I have a bare TBSS intake manifold which i'm unsure of running just yet, I know ill have to get a 90mm DBC throttle body, prob Nick Williams. Not sure if spacers are required to fit the injectors and weather or not i can use my stock fuel rails and cross over.
Im also wondering if i should replace the lifters or if the stock 45k mile ones will do the job ? i dont want to pull the heads if i dont have to.
Lastly im hung up on valvesprings, not sure weather to go with the PAC duals or with the PRC .675 eht spring kit.
im running a FLT stage 7 4l65 with the billet shafts and a circle d 3200 single disc converter
Im hoping for 380 hp ish, 400 i dont think is in the cards without heads.
Ideas comments suggestions ?

I put a 05 lq9 in my truck that sat for like a year and it had under 20,000 miles on it. Iwish I would of changed my lifters when I did my cam swap cuz I think I'm starting to get some lifter tap...who knows only time will tell...lol. I also put the ss intake onmine but it is a little easier I guess you could say on my 04 being returnless. I run patriot dual springs in my setup and doing good so far!

I consider 45k miles to be fairly low mileage, assuming oil was changed regularly. Therefore, lifters, timing set, and oil pump are optional in my opinion (I probably would not change them). Valve springs and pushrods on the other hand are required. No reason to get the .675 springs, the regular PAC duals will be more than fine.

I basically have the same engine you just described. The only differences is I am using an LQ4 and I had my cam ground on a 112+4. I am using the PAC dual springs. All I can say is what a difference from the original 5.3. Much more torque. Glad I went with this setup. I have maybe 3500 miles on the engine now. Any questions let me know.

My LQ4 had 40,000 when i swapped it in, but i still put a fresh set of LS7 lifters in, just wayyy easier to do it now on the stand then in the truck, food for thought bud.
Sounds like a nice build man! Should be a runner!
