Default 99 to 2005ish conversion?

I bet it's been talked about before, but how easy is it to convert a 1999 Silverado into looking like one of the later model years? Is it just a fender-hood-bumper/grill replacement, or am I getting into a more involved job?

they did one in truckin magazine a couple of months of ago with full list and prices, also need light brackets could do taillights too and no one would know that its not 03+
