ok, our trucks are getting older. mine is 4 years old now. 99's are 6 years old.

what are your plans for your trucks now. we are nearing a new body style. new engine.

is the trend gonna move everyone on to newer trucks. i mean, i have some miles on mine and would love to get a new body when it comes out but funds prevent that at the moment and probably will in the future as well. besides, i'll probably go with a dmax for my next truck. so what does everyone intend on doing? i know we are bound to drop members left and right. unless they make a new section in the truck section just for the newer trucks.

just want everyones thoughts.

I am in kinda a love/hate relationship with my 2000 right now. I'd love to get rid of it and get something newer but, it's paid for and I'd hate to have another payment right now. Maybe I'll get a newer truck before the year is up.

The truck sections here will grow to encompass any new models or engines.

If and when I get rid of my money pit, I'll be in a last year fbody or a 97 up vette. I need a better platform to start with.

I would like to keep my truck(to much money into it that i wont get out of it) pay it off and just keep throwin money at it and keep it forever.

In a year or two though I would like to get a QC SB 2500 Duramax and lift it. Mod that up a bit and use it to tow my '01 around to shows and to the track.

I think all of us here throw to much money into our trucks to justify selling them or trading them in within a couple of years. At least thats what I beleive.

I would like to get a newer truck but I like how mine is now... and its got low milage. Its got a few little things wrong with it but I will keep it a while longer and I don't like the new frontends much. Plus I have a fair amount of money put in it. I still have plans for my truck.
