2000 Silverado-swapping out 4.3 for a 6.0. the truck is a five speed manual with 4 wheel drive. Does anyone know if the 6.0 will hook up to the factory 5 speed?

depends on if you have the long or short crank on the 6.0, 99-00 lq4 engines had a long crank, didn't need a spacer to mount to the NV3500, outside that year range, you'll need a spacer.

Exactly what he said: Here you can get a flywheel to make it happen other wise
hope you have a long crank and get a flywheel off a 4.8 99-00 1500 ( GM parts# 12561755) or find a flywheel from 99-00 2500 6.0 (GM PART # 12561757) manual trans. Oh yeah and your going to need the bolts with the flywheel.
