Default Silverado 4x4 opinion

I found Craigslist 06 Silverado 4x4 reg cab wreck front end frame straight. Clean title ask for $1500. Oh itsv6 window manual. Is it worth out lsx motor and turbo in and fix front end. Or take 4x4 frame to my other 06 body with electric on 4x4 frame?

4x4 Is great for traction.

If you want to slap an LSX turbo motor into it and Fix it, that's not a bad Idea.

It's to much money for just the frame, Unless you can sell the V6 engine trans and cab and make most of your money back.

Da hell?

It's not hard or costly. If a rear end is rebuilt, it's 80% labor. Parts are cheap.

Hardened axles are under $300 and they slide in. TruTrac is $500.

That's all you need.

TBH, a lot of people are turning 8-9-1000hp on stock axles.

JWeb is running 10's in his truck.
