Default 6.0 4l80e swap won't start

okay guys i just got the new motor and trans in. i topped off all of the fluids and tried to start it but it just cranks and cranks.
Its got fuel pressure and spark and the neutral safety switch is working correctly.
so does anyone have any other ideas?
i'll go check the grounds again but i think they are all right.
advice please

no, i got a wheatley tune in there right now.
all of the grounds look and feel tight.
i'm not showing any code on the handheld
and i'm getting spark on both sides and fuel pressure to the rail.
anything else i missed

they are both connected but how would i go about seeing if they are bad?
the spark plugs are pulsing so wouldn't that mean that they cam or crank sensors are working.

on Silver-mod-o's truck we couldnt get his to crank, he replaced the crank sensor and vola!!

I disabled your VATS also,so that is not the problem,so there is a problem elsewhere.
