Pushrods (7.400") will not effect the tune at all.
1.8:1 ratio rockers will however. And unless you are getting those for a complete steal. I would highly recommend against rockers. They seem to cause more trouble with the valvetrain then the power they produce. They will net you maybe 10hp and given their cost you would be much better spending your money on a good tune or some other bolt on.
I guess i could sum up my opinion on 1.8 rockers as CON > Pro...

there shouldn't be any adverse effects if the springs can handle the slight increase in lift, the pushrods are of the correct length, and proper lifter pre-load . a tune isn't required, but as always it would optimize the setup.
