Default 5.3 for 1K a good deal?

I am on the verge of putting a 5.3 into my '86 C-10. I have an offer on the table of 1K for a '02 5.3 with 110K miles on it, all accessories, and pcm for 1K. I was wondering if this was a good deal . It sounds decent to me but the mileage kind of scares me a little bit. I think ill be going with a custom harness and pcm by Nelson performance. I would like to get a 4L60E for it, so thats decided on already. Any suggestions???

Id offer $750 and go Nelson!

$1000 seems a little high for a motor with 110,000 miles on it.

110,000 miles is just getting broken in if its been taken care of correctly. the price sounds a bit steep. selling my 56,000 mile 5.3 intake to oilpan with exhaust manifolds, injectors, etc etc etc COMPLETE for 800. its already spoken for though.

I'd offer to sell you mine but it's still in the truck for at least another month.I know it should be out before November at the latest but like i said no earlier thana month.
It will have i'd say 53-54k miles on it and i'd let it go for 1grand.
Runs extremely strong but i'm gonna be doing a 6.0 swap.

Evil, let me know when the 5.3 is up for sale, it sounds like a decent deal.

I still kinda think that 1K is not too bad, the mileage is not too concerning but it's the most. I like the fact that all the accessories are included, it may be hard to locate them outside of a package deal for a reasonable price. I might just keep looking.
