my truck i know that its not a gm but i need advice.......my 1993 dodge w150 has 5.2 magnum engine with a catback system and 31.5 tires and stock 3.42 gears
the question is should i have changed the gear ratio when i put these tires on???
the truck seems to have lost its lowend power???
and lets not talk about the poor gas mileage its a dodge!!! the truck is my winter vehicle while the ws-6 is in the garage so i also use it for towing to the track so any a rv cam suggestion would also be helpful

 

i've heard of 4x4 guys putting in the 3:73 gears and getting better gas mileage; the 4:10 i'm not too sure

 

COMP makes some nice rollers for those 5.2 and 5.9. makes a big difference. I have crew cab 4x4 with the 360 and it was the biggest turb ball i have ever owned. good truck but it loves the gas and had no power
