4.8 mis fire help!!!

on a 07 gmc we put headers on it took it to the muffer shop and test drive it was mis fireing n backfireing we change coil packs wires but still mis fireing what could it be help out

change the spark plugs to ngk tr55 gapped to .060. you probably damaged one when installing the headers.
