I put a new 2rd brake light opn my truck a few months ago. ordered it through recon accessories. LED light red center with a white light on each side of it.

Question is why would after the truck has been parked for hours would the white lights stay on? I have all the lights in the truck turned off, including the dome light, all doors are shut all teh way. I even tried putting the dome override light on. didn't help.

Any ideas???? Would the recent rain storm some how have gotten water around the seal and get on the circuit board?

Any help is appreciated Btw the truck is a 96 1ton dually
