Default 228 custom grind cam too big?

I have a 2003 lq9 from a ss in my 2000 silverado single cab and I want to cam it but I see too many PTV clearance issues unless they have aftermarket heads
My set up on it currently is just CAI,longtube headers, exhaust and tune, the heads are stock 317's so would a 228/230 .573/.575 work well with the stock heads and my set up

step it up to a 228/232 around 58x lift on a 112LSA...it's a strong cam in a 6.0 engine. the 228r from texas speed is also a good one that I've seen/experienced. a good tuner can tame it down easily and PTV shouldnt be an issue.

Alright thanks for y'all's input and what intake center line should I don't know much about cams and would the PAC 918 springs hold with the .595 exhaust lift

What converter will you be running? If stock your barking up the wrong tree.
