Well, I'll have a 09 intake and some flex fuel injectors tomorrow. Stupid *** adapter for the LS2 throttle body a good price anywhere? Didn't know it was as pricey as it is.

Has the throttle body still on it. Should I try to see if the X link will work or go to the LS2 TB? Cheaper the better.

if your gonna do it find an x link, or a throttle body that will be big enoughto make a difference..... 80 is hardly a difference, kinda be like having a newer truck 87mm tb and going to a stock 90mm.... Not worth the expense unless you have to replace tb anyway...,

Any part number for the X link to run the newer 87 TB? I'll keep researching.

From what I have heard, it's not even worth going to a larger new style 87/90 MM. The money to adapt it has me thinking so. It's not a race truck, so being down 10 HP and sticking to the 78 or using the ported BBK 80 will probably be best. Pressed the 4 to 3 bolt adapter. Not I need to find the adapters for the E85 injectors

Ordered them off eBay for 20$.

Going to try the 09 intake, and the E85 injectors. For now I'll see how it runs with the stock 78 and the BBK 80. Not sure if it is worth it to convert to a 90. I'm hearing it is worth 10 HP or so and can cause idle issues, surge, whatever.

Thank you guys for helping a carbed LS guy out. I've done EFI but was all LS1 stuff.
