Must be my lucky week. First I get to race my buddy's 03 Hemi Ram https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=145939 (A win). Then last night, another friend of mine who has an 04 QC 2wd Ford with the 5.4 challenged me. I was game. So we lined up,(empty road by the way, kinda late) on green we both spun pretty bad but I pulled on him hard to about 4 lengths before we shut down @ 80. 2nd run, we both hooked up but still, more of the same.
Then he wanted to go from a roll, so from about 50 we hit it and I still pulled about 1.5 lengths on him till 90.

I don't know why these 2wd guys are picking on me, but it sure is fun picking back

 

Do you have 4.10s or 3.73s? Nice kills by the way. Wanna race my two wheel drive next?

Did you notice a big improvement with the Nelson pcm ? I read a while back that the 03+ didnt respond as well as 99-02 but I only read that from a few people and that was regarding Westers tunes...

Haven,t had a chance to kill a hemi yet. But i did Kill a new ford at the track. Fills Good. Now I see why in the Ford commercal they put it running against a Hemi not a Chevy.

 

Flyer, was that a challenge for me? I dont get back to the states till July, but im sure i can make it to Texas soon after that. For now im stocking up on more mods till i get back. I want to either hit 11s or blow this motor trying by October.
