2003 Sierra: Cuts off around turns, hard stops

I guess there's an outside chance, but I'm not doing anything that would resemble a roll to it I'd imagine. It happened today when I made a left turn from a stop sign today and it did it, and I say "fast" I mean I'm just not dragging ***. I definitey am not flying around turns or slamming on my breaks as such that the truck would think that it's rolling.

I dont think its that then, that is extreme conditions.
weird.
Try cleaning TB and intake see where that gets you, other than that im not sure
