You can try to check owners manual for the fuse but I don't think there is one just for the driving lights.

Well, for the 99-2002 you have to press the dome light on/off 4 times for them to go off so if there was a fuse I could pull...that would be a heck of a lot easier. I just don't know which one it is for these years.

Still doesn't keep the sensor from working and turning on the headlights for me.

I'm talking about pull a fuse(if possible) to not let the daytime running lights/sensor run. The sensor will flip on the headlights if it gets dark outside or not enough light is hitting the sensor.

On my truck, when I flash the PCM, I pull the TBC Batt and the TBC IGN1 fuses in the underhood fuse panel.

HTH.

So want the little lights by the blinkers not to come on or want the headlights not to come on??? Make the headlights become a manual thing....like old school???? If you want the headlights not to come on, there is a square headlight fuse that I pull when I go to the track to keep the headlights from coming on. Then I pull the parking light fuse also.....I'm trying to understand your question.....
