2001 5.3 overheat

Default 2001 5.3 overheat

i recently changed my antifreeze and now it overheats i belive i got air in the coolant system what is the best way to bleed the system?

I think you just have to let it run for a few minutes with the overflow tank cap off.

Yep let it heat up with the cap off, keep squeezing the hose to the rat, add coolant as needed. Sounds air bound.
