I was cruising Hollywood last night with my girlfriend. We were on our way home on La Cienega near the Beverly Center when a pimped out H2 with spinners pulls up next to me. The passenger caught me looking and laughing at his rims, so he throws me a hard look. I throw a rev at him and the driver revs back at me. He must have thought that the spinners acted like turbos or something because when the light turned green he punches it. I ease on the throttle till its to the firewall and scream past him, putting about half a block till I let off. I slow down to let him catch up but he must have been embarrassed or something because he turned off onto a side street.

Another guy in a Dodge Ram must have seen us because he lines up with me at the next light. I don't know if it was a Hemi or not because I was too busy laughing at his spinners. Well he throws me a rev and I give him one too. The outcome was the same as H2 race.

I don't know if it's just LA people, but everytime I race and the other guy looses, they pull off and never want to talk. I guess it's too much pride.

Vegas guys are the same way...you beat 'em and they don't even want to look at you. Whatever happened to pulling into a parking lot or fast-food joint and BS'ing about what they have under the hood

 

We ran on La Cienega Bl, which is off of the main strips. It was also still early, like 11:45pm, so most people were still in the clubs.
