Default 13s possible

I've been thinking and would like to get my truck into the 13s be it 13.99 i would be happy. now do you guys think it would be possiblefor me to do this with the following mods lts, true duals, intake, 100-150 wet shot, and a 210/218 .551/.551 cam. my truck ways in probly around 6100-6200lbs and i want this with the 36s on it and it has 4.56s to compensate for the 36s. so will that be enough or will i need more?

Maybe with cam, torque conveter, tune, and 125 shot. F8L z71 ran 13's with just cam converter longtubes and tune. but he didn't have huge tires.

Your truck doesnt weigh that mcuh it is proabably around 5600. My Z weighs 5400 with a 100 pound chain in the tool box plus everything else and a sound system with a full tank of gas. A bigger cam, 150 shot, intake isnt going to do much, lts and true duals, and a big converter and you may be able to make it. I ran a 15.1 with the mods in my sig with the nitrous I will run around a 14.2. You have your work cut out for you. With lts Ill be in the 13's but you have alot bigger tire to spin. You will need some headwork or a bigger shot of nitrous to accomplish your goal IMO.

Heavy tires slow you down BAD. I ran a 15.5 with the stock 265/75 16 firestones, then added a cam, tune, and exhaust, and with 265/70 17 buckshots the best I can do is 15.8-15.9

Well then there is no way in hell you are going to make it without a built motor or supercharger. Your pig is fat you need to put it on a diet if you want a 13. Thats alot to ask out of your setup. Even with a 200 shot and all the bolt-ons and a nice cam with a fat stall you would have difficulties getting there.

Yeah with those gears and stock tires I would be willing to bet you could do it. What mods do you have currently?

damn something is weird there since those 2 tires should be pretty close in weight.
