What kind of numbers did your truck pull during tuning? Something seems off, whether it’s the tune or something else. I’ve seen videos of a NBS crew cab denali with a smaller cam, stock converter, and headers run 13.8 @ 99.

Where he is racing that truck you mention would probably make mid 14's at best. The track is slow as molasses and it's one of the reasons I stopped drag racing at it along with a complete lack of any prep. The density altitude on any given night usually exceeds 5000 feet and actual track elevation in around 2250'. He would be running 12's if he could launch and had a better track to run at. I don't know the OP in the thread but I do know the dragstrip, the tuner he used and he posts a lot on Facebook in groups I am in lol.
