I get roughly 12 in town with a fairly light foot.

well try switching back to another oil like mobile 1 or valvaline max life!!!! Ive been told by a few people that they were getting poor MPG, and i asked what have you changed since you were getting better MPG?? The only thing one guy had told me is he went to Amsoil oil and filter. I think he lost about 2.5 MPG. This was in a stock escalade

I run amsoil in my s-10 blazer and have not seen a difference in mileage from previously using NAPA synthetic. Also the oil quality at 4,000 mi. when changed has not changed, although in my polaris predator the switch to Amsoil has been great and oil quality has improved greatly. Of course that's a wet clutch system so it is totally different. Do your plugs, check your tire size and get back to us.
