so basically I just have to modify the brackets for the chrome part of the bumper (to lower it), put the new HD bumper cap on it, followed by the hood, and grill, right?

I pmd the guy on gmfs that says hes gonna do it, so we'll see. If anything, I'll find myself at a junkyard and figure it out. thanks man.
