Has anyone done it? What will I need?

 

07 classic? You'll need the fans, a 34" radiator, a harness, and PCM tuning to turn the fans on. Many have done it, search the GM sections for "efans" and "05 efans" and you'll find all the info you need. fastnblu recently did a comprehensive write up about his 05 efan install, so search his posts. It may (should) be a sticky...

*EDIT* there's pics of my 05 efans on my cardomain page...I've been using the Nelson fan harness for 5+ years with no problems...

 

I was told the main difference between the 05 and 07 fans was the 07 are all 7 blade fans and the 05 have a 7blade and a 5 blade. The 07 fans were changed to aid in hot weather cooling.

 

I believe that you are correct, someone posted pics of them a while ago, although my 05 fans have been working fine for me
