What kind of gas mielage are you guys getting?

What motor, and anything done to the truck?

Trying to decide what kind of truck to get is killing me.

I have a 07 nnbs cc vmax 4wd and I get about 16 to 17 on the hwy doing 75 plus and i get about 14.5 combined. I just got back from 2000 mile trip towing a 5k boat and got 14.2 mpg doing 70 75. I have a lead foot. My best friend hasa 2wd 5.3 avalance and gets 21 mpg stock.

I have the 5.3 in my Sierra, and the DIC reads 13 mpg. I do have a lead foot though...just like most of us on here.

I'd go megacab cummins. At least there is *some* resale w/ a diesel. the 1/2 cc market is flooded right now.

well all i have to say is go ride in one. lots of room but the interior sucks. the seats are uncomfertable. Also if i can get close to the same gas mielage then the cummins is not worth it. Plus i dont realy care about resale.

If you think the dodge interior sucks, GMs must blow, 50K miles and my seat springs are toast, no back support (bladders leak out air). Dash has more rattles then a KIA. I'd be impressed if you could get equal milage with the GM as the cummins. we have a fleet of 10 NNBS trucks and none get over 15 mpg 5.3 or 6.0 w/ 4 wheel drive. wish you the best of luck

I'd say they drive reasonable....75 mph on the highway medium on the throttle.
