Default 05 radiator/fan swap in a 03?

does anyone know if i could swap in a 34" radiator and electric fan set-up from an 05 into a 03 with the smaller radiator and clutch fan? just want to know if everything slides into place or will there be fabrication needed. i know the hose are different to so they would be replaced to.

Yes it will all fit. You can even reuse your original hoses. The only modification you need to make is to the rubber material around the radiator - you will have to cut it a littl ebit to line up with the edges of the larger radiator.

There is a rubber/foam material behind the headlights and such that keeps air from flowing around the radiator. Since the 34" radiator is wider than the 27" radiator, you have to cut it or the rubber will overlap the sides of the larger radiator and block airflow. It's real easy to do, not a big deal at all.

The fan option can be enabled in your PCM - just need to have someone change it in the tune.
