onebad03, what color truck was the 06 with an 05 hood that you saw?

 

it was white...a work truck for some ac company if i remember right.

I completly agree with you that the 06 hood does not work with the 05 grill. Looking at your pics, its obvious that the hood/grill fit is too tight. I think the original poster wanted to know if an 05 hood will fit with an 06 grill. It will fit, but it will look bad. FWIW, I like my 06 front end; the only thing I'd do is maybe an SS bumper cover.

 

ya.. well thanks for all the posts. i was originally just wondering what the 05 hood would look like on an 06.. because i have a buddy who is sellin a twin scoop ram air hood thats already painted the color of my truck.. problem is its for an 05.. not an 06.. but i guess yall are sayin it wont work so.. thanx
