I'm looking for a set of wheels to replace my worn out 17s (truck specs in signature). New tires for my stock 17s are going to cost major $$$$, so I'm hoping someone out there will have a set of wheels/tires you want to part with. Specifics:

1. OEM preferred, but not required. I like a simple, factory look, though.
2. Absolutely no black wheels. Hate them. No off-road tires, either.
3. Tires must have at least 50% tread.
4. I'm in West TN, so I prefer something relatively local, to save on shipping.
5. My favorite OEM wheels are SS 20s...favorite aftermarket probably Boss 330s. Keep that in mind for style.
6. No preference of chrome vs polished vs silver.
7. Preferred rolling radius of 30.5 inches, but willing to go reasonably taller or shorter.
8. My budget is $1,000.

I realize that this is a common issue, but last time I bought tires someone had SS 20s with 80% tires for sale for $600 twenty minutes from my house...2 weeks after I paid $900 for tires alone.

i have stock 16's with tires that have like 85% on them im in so cal so they need to be shipped lmme know if ur interested

i have two sets of wheels i may be able to get rid of. They both are 17" sets. One is the oem chrome with the holes that go all the way around on the outside edge. And the others are the ones in my sig on my truck now. They are the new gmc 17s. What ya think?

 

Ok, so I found a guy local who has NNBS Z71 18 wheels with BRAND NEW Michelin Latitudes with 265/60/18s (exactly the size I want if I get an 18). He's asking $1,100. What do you guys think about that wheel in comparison to the 5-star 17-inch Silvys I have now? Good deal? They are 70,000 mile tires.
