Perfect, I'll be able to get them in this weekend and hopefully this BS false knock will be a thing of the past.

Again, thanks a ton, you saved me $50.

I also sent you the harness, I don't know if that was implied in the sale or not, or even if it will work in 03 and up trucks, but you got it, also brand new. Use it, sell it, toss it, just don't send it back!!

WOW. I was not expecting that at all. I was actually just looking at purchasing a new harness because I've read that the connectors might be rusted out and bust when I remove them off the sensor. This is great news.

Good deal hopefully that fixes/helps your problem because your running out of stuff to replace..

On a side note have you replaced the spark plugs and wires?

Oh yes, plugs and wires replaced long ago. But I'm almost positive this is false knock. With 6-8 degrees of KR you would think I'd be hearing some pretty serious knock but I dont hear anything. The only other thing I can think of is that there's something wrong with my heads i.e. valve not sealing.

Ya I guess engine internals would be next, have you checked all your rockers and are your heads milled? Also what octane are you running?

93 octane (Shell)

Heads are milled unknown amount but I estimate about .020" (68cc chambers from 71cc)

I haven't checked my rockers but I have no reason to believe they are loose. I literally used a metric ton of blue loctite on the rocker bolts so that the holes created in the ports by the CNC porting sealed. I'm sure your 5.3s have these as well.
