i pulled my trans yesterday to change out a broken flexplate... first bolt off was the top bellhousing bolt...and with it came the bolt boss...yea...awesome. and unlike the 60, the bellhousing is integral to the case. its always something.

MY brother moved my truck and left the tailgate down where my new 4l80e was sitting and he bumped the truck to keep it from surging, well out flys the tranny. he broke about 8 inches of the driver side of the case. Can this be fixed as well? I have been trying to find an 03 4l80e case with no luck
