I have a set of WCCH stage 2 317 heads in good shape that have been milled down to a 70cc chamber. These heads work great NA or with boost, and are absolute rockstars with about .580 lift which is easy on your valvetrain. The 317 has the same intake and exhaust port as the 243 heads with the only difference stock being the chamber volume and design. This head has an improved chamber design but retains the larger volume for the bigger NA guys and Boosted guys.
Here is the link with their info...

The stage 2 job comes with richards famous CNC porting program of the intake.exhaust ports as well as the chamber, aftermarket SS valves, .650 lift dual springs, and a "street" valve job.
Here are some pics:

First $1000+ ride takes em. These heads brand new without a core are almost $1900!!!

Yes they will work, but they will drop your compression a considerable amount, so unless your running pretty high boost numbers they aren't ideal. You can have them milled more too. Other than that they work great for a boosted application. What cam do you have?
Btw my name is rob not Max. I think you have the wrong guy.

I knew they would drop the compression, but wasn't sure how much. I have a Vinci Trucker cam.

No worries man... Hard to keep everyone straight on here lol. That's a great boost cam in a 5.3. What kind of boost are you running? How much? You could have these heads milled a tad more and they will scream in your set up.

You never mentioned how many miles were on the heads or how old. They look good in the pictures though.

I'm actually not sure on the miles, but I know everything is in good workign order and the springs have plenty of life left in them. That cam would barely even give these springs a workout. If you milled these down a hair more and crank that boost up to about 10 lbs with that cam you would be amazed at the difference.
What year is your truck? If it has the L33 then the drop in compresion won't be as much due to the flat top pistons.
