Just wondering if this is the 350115, 350115C, or the 350115C+

The only thing I see even close to a part number is R1833 or X1833.

I dont see any numbers like the ones u posted on the Gren. MAF.

I'd like to put this on my '03 SS. It "looks" like the 350121-C from what i can find. Does it have mesh in it? The pictures aren't that clear.
