Wanting to trade 22's for 20's.

I have a set of oem chrome 22's that I would like to trade for oem 20's. They have about 2500 miles on them. Here is a picture of the wheel on my truck.

whats the tire size and overall height?

Tire size is 285/45/22 and the height is 32".

What brand are they? Are they chrome?

they are OEM GMC wheels, all chrome with goodyear eagle gt-2's. basically a stock wheel/ tire setup. They were put on the truck when i bought it used, instead of the 17's
