the part number for the one I put in my truck (06) is 12101856. It's about $25 from a dealer brand new.

i thought all these trucks had temp sensor mirrors

The temp sensor is on the drivers side, just to the left of the headlight/parking lights behind the grill. It is on a support bar for the in front of the radiator, just below the trans cooler(if truck is equiped)
