It includes the separator plate and gasket.
I assume it works with a 65e since it and the 60e are the same transmissions with changes in things like planetaries sun shell iirc. May be additional changes from the 60e to the 65e, but I had my 60e updated to 65e status for heavier towing. Same case, valve body, etc.
$70 shipped within US is what I'll take at this time for it.
