This is a bad *** cam for a DD. Got one in my 4.8 and itl eat hemis and 5.7 yotas all day long. Roll racing that is.

i can vouch this is a very nice cam for a 5.3 as i have driven zach's truck and in a 4.8 i bet even better....

Can I use Corvette yellow springs with it?
Works on a 07 classic motor?

yellow springs also known as ls6 springs are good for up to 560 lift and the tr220 has 551 lift so yes you can use it with them springs.

yes this cam will work in any ls v8 motor to include your 07 classic motor provided it is a v8....4.8, 5.3, 6.0 or 5.7 car motor.
