That may be true that it came from a 2WD torsion bar truck, but I dont think that it will work for a 4WD truck. Look at both mounts for the shocks....both are eyelet mounts. The 4WD trucks use an clevis style mount on the bottom. the 2WD trucks have a bar pin mount. The adapter will convert the upper stud mount to the eyelet but need to convert the lower mount also.

The 2WD torsion bar frame uses the same lower control arm as a 4x4 torsion frame. The frame and suspension are exactly the same with the exception of the front hubs, the transfer case, and the front diff parts.

A coil sprung 2WD front end is a completely different and uses completely different upper and lower arms.

Well be that as it may, but take a look at the spring he posted a picture of....thats definitely not a clevis mount that the 4WD uses so these wont work on a 4WD unless you fab up an adapter to the eyelet style that the spring uses.
