Damn Pedro thats a good price for a complete top end....Pushrods, camshaft, heads complete....A slight mill and install on a 5.3 or 6.0, you got a very strong hemi killer no problem...Thats big bang for lil buck...

what are the specs on the cam and the heads.
I currently have stock 5.3L heads on my stock LS1 block. Will these heads make a big difference if i bolt them up to the LS1, anyone?

Basically this will give you a ZO6 motor around 400 to 405 horse depending on intake used...It is a LS6 cam...The heads should pick up power on your ride..

Im using the stock Truck intake. Would the heads just be a bolt on thing or should they be milled or something?

I would mill then 10 to 15 thousands just to make sure they are good and flat and add alil compression. They are a direct bolt-on...With a compression bump and a better flowing head your truck should pic up nicely...Using the truck intake you should make good torque...I have seen 328 rwhp with these heads and cam on a stock 5.3 motor with headers and pulley...I think that is nice
