Engine info:
L31 355 4 boltmain. This engine came out of my 1997 4x4 Z71 and the reason it was taken out was due to improper TQ of the intake gasket bolts and it filled the motor up with water. I replaced it with brand new GM crate. This motor is complete with heads with one being replaced with new one at time of rebuild. The rebuild was Jan of 2005. This motor was punched to 30 over with new pistons and new crank. The rebuild was 4700$. If want more info e-mail me. First 1000$ takes it.

This L31 was re-built back in Jan 05. It came out of an 11/96 prod Chevorlet Silverado Z71. At the time of the rebuild it was bored over 30, new crank, complete rebuild kit.(4700$) It is a 4 bolt block with the roller cam/lifters. It did have a blown intake gasket due to improper installation.When it was installed the Tech did not TQ the intake bolts correcty. The engine did run a short time with water in the oil.This L31 probably needs a refresher kit. It was pulled out of the 97 complete(timing cover/oilpan/heads/valvecovers). It did have less that 5000 miles on the in depth rebuild. I will consider possible partial trades for anything for my 97 Z71(headers/stall/gears/CAI/Programmer/ETC)
