never seen those before, i wonder if there a aftermarket wheel with custom bowtie center caps?

No, they are a real GM wheel with serial numbers on the rims.

Can I ask a flavor what is the part number on the center cap and can you give me od of the cap itself where it sits in the groove?

I've seen these before. They are in fact factory wheels. They were a upgraded wheel for the silverado and they also put them on escalades, they were sold thru the GM parts and accessories catalog, thats why you dont see them too often. Most people wont pay that much for wheels thru the dealer when they can get aftermarkets for cheaper.
