Accumulated a few sets of valve covers at the shop so i powder coated them up finally, they have been chemical stripped clean, and blasted, so they are like new. 2 colors, 2 sets of wrinkle red and 1 set of texture black, NO seals or bolts. Text me if interested 320-491-3435 $130/set shipped.

Do you take the baffles out before you sand blast them???

 

Yes the passenger side baffle was removed from all of the covers, they are fully decreased in a stripper tank and baked before blasting so by the time they hit the blaster there is no oil residue leftover. The drivers side we plug when blasting and then blow them out about 3 times after blasting. Ive done a ton this way for customers and friends without any issues.
