Default OBX headers/y pipe for sale $325

I'm fed up with these headers, they just aren't compatible with my frame (2000). The power gains on my 6.0 were incredible with these though. Shame they don't work

These headers are no longer pretty. I hammered on one of the passenger side primaries to help it clear my frame. Of course they're discolored but that's to be expected. I lost one of the bolts to collect the collector to Y pipe. And one the screws in the collector somehow got stripped near the end so it requires a couple washers to be used, no big deal. The band clamps came to me from OBX banged up so they weren't much good in sealing.

$325 + shipping. Thanks.

Do you have a 4wd or something? I can't quite figure out why they wouldn't fit if you don't

2wd. GM frame variance. Another member, timmer1 or something like that also had problems with OBX hitting the frame on his 2000 rcsb.

I know my engine, sits off to the driver side, about 1/2,3/4 of a inch, maybe they were right in the center in the older trucks, strange....... Good luck on the sale and good price on the headers

John

did you try loosening your motor mounts and shifting the motor a little bit?

there wasn't enough clearance on the driver's side header.

I can't guarantee fitment. When I installed these I had about 1/8" of clearance from the frame but the headers expand when they heat up. It's hit or miss with these headers hitting the frame or not. It just depends on your specific frame. Dynatech addressed this issue when they re-did their headers.
