i just bought it but decided ti go a different route. it is a patriot preformance cam 226/226 .585-.585 112 lsa this is what i know on the cam and no i dont have the cam card $225 or trade for valve springs like 918's or a tr220 cam for my girls truck or trade for a 3k stall lol tell me hwat you have thanks for looking

Nice cam .. mine pulls great in my truck and lopes a little too.

 

what will be needed to run this cam in a stock 00 5.3?????? Or will I need springs, stall, ect. I def know a tune. But wondering what else... Also what did you run this in, any video of it idling

 

On a stock 5.3 you would need pushrods, some good springs, and at least a 3600 converter might as well throw some l/ts too
