I am working on the project in my sig, and the headers I have WILL NOT FIT! So I have to run the manifolds for now. The problem is i have no other exhaust other than a muffler. I am looking for a stock or aftermarket Y pipe that will bolt up to 2005 5.3 Z71. Please help!, I only have 3 days left before I am supposed to go to the tuner.

 

Ive got a 3"+ (3" or larger) y pipe that will have to be welded in. Where it was cut with the sawzall looks a bit rough but any competent exhaust shop should be able to do it with ease and not charge much. This is not a bolt in replacement, it welds to the headers and the exhaust unless you add flanges. I think it was on a 2002 S/SS. Make an offer. Regular UPS Ground is $30.00 to Leander Tx.
