If you have them ported, I'm sure they would work great. I'm not familiar with how these heads work on the 4.8L, but I'm sure you will definitely pick up some top end.
I found a local machine shop that was willing to hand port them for like $200. I'm sure you could find one too. If you do this I would also give them the intake manifold you would be using to port match that too for the best effect.
